The March 20th, 2025 edition of the WarwickStanthorpeNews, announced the securing of a $5,336 grant to the Warwick and District Archers Association from the Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal. The grant funding allowed Warwick Archers to install an new rainwater tank, to essentially doubling storage capacity. The funding also covered upgrades to the toilet and shower block to improve lighting and stair safety. This is also great news for other community groups that utilise the wider site and archery facilities – Brisbane Astronomical Society; Southern Downs SES; Queensland Rural Fire Service; Nornmaster Medieval Archery Group, and others.
